Spirit of Hven Swedish whiskies
Hven has been producing premium spirits on the island of Hven in Öresund since 2008. Ten years prior, Anja and Henric Molin would have the original vision. They had understood that Hven offered the best conditions for making premium spirits. The complexity that distinguishes the spirits is a result of several factors, including the island's location between the two beaches of Sweden and Denmark, the nutrient-rich soil, and the unique weather conditions.
The Spirit of Hven distillery began as one of the smallest pot still distilleries in the world, housing all processes under one roof, including mashing, fermentation, distillation, oak barrel storage, and bottling. Over 40 nations now get their whiskey, vodka, gin, and aquavit exports.
