De Gras Chilean wines
De Gras is one of Chile’s finest and most widely awarded wine estates, producing a broad range of grape varieties mainly from their vineyards in the heart of Colchagua Valley, as well as from other top regions of Chile like Alto Maipo. Since their arrival in Chile from Barcelona over a century ago, the Gras family has been working towards producing world-class wines from Chile’s best terroirs. They have been growing vines since 1940, and today their winemaking and viticulture are certified sustainable.
At Amathus, we stock a broad range of De Gras wines, from their varietal range that gives bright fruit and great value at under £10, or the step up to their Reserva varietal wines such as their interpretation of Chile's signature Carmenère, with greater depth and richness, or all the way up to their icon-style blends led by Ninquén, combining powerful Cabernet Sauvignon with fine Syrah.
