Bourbon whiskies
There are many different types of whiskey, each with its own unique flavour profile., Bourbon is made with at least 51% corn and is aged in wooden casks, made of either white oak or redwood. The distillation of bourbon dates back to the 18th century. Although whisky can be produced anywhere in the United States, it is most closely linked to Kentucky and the American South in general.
